November 2008 so far...

Hi,

Here are just a few pictures to update you all...

Grace is up to 13lbs and had the first perfect, normal check up with the DR since her birth (last week). She is eating rice cereal and applesauce which helps her gain much needed weight and also it helps keep her formula down.

Matthew is getting and is talking up a storm,counting and singing!!! We're lucky to have such good babies :)

Hello everyone,

I know it has been quite awhile since I updated this, but it has been a busy month so far!

I went back to work Oct. 6th and actually it's not too bad. It's still really hard and I miss my kids, but we are surviving and I am sure it bothers me much more than them ;)

Then that same weekend we went on our first family trip together to "Aunt Catherine's" wedding! Matthew got to be a ring bearer, he wound up walking down the aisle with Mommy & Joel, but he made it!

We also have some mixtures in there- pictures of pumpkin picking and at home pictures.

I hope everyone is doing well and enjoying this gorgous fall weather, before we know it we will all be sending Christmas cards : )

Believe it or not my "baby" is 2! We celebrated on Saturday with some friends & family.

I think he really had fun!!!! It rained, but he and his buddies played in the rain and Matthew really enjoyed his cake!

Grace's Baptism

Hello everyone,

I hope you all had a wonderful long weekend! We had a very busy Labor Day.

We baptized Grace at the Hurley Reformed Church on Sunday. She did really well except for the actual baptizing part. She did not like that water! We had a great day and it was really special in so many ways. We had several people travel to be with us from places like Maryland, New Hampshire, and of course Albany and surrounding areas :) We were grateful for all those people willing to come such a long way!

We asked Todd's Uncle Mike and Aunt Chrissy to be Grace's godparents and I think they were really honored and pleased. Also, my mom, an active member of the church's choir, prepared a special song for the day and surprised us by singing a solo. And the beautiful gown Grace is wearing was handmade by my mom ("Mema"). Just a nice weekend all around. Of course we took pictures and had to share! We hope you enjoy them!
